Martin Bridges & Co are an independent accountancy practice located on Shanklin High Street.
Formed in 1992, the firm continues to provide a friendly and personal service to clients across the Island.
Our aim is to meet the needs of local businesses and individuals at an affordable price.

We offer a wide range of services to individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies including:

Self Assessment

From registering for Self Assessment with HMRC to preparation and filing of the Return, we are here to help.

Accounts Preparation

We have years of experiece preparing accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships (+ LLPs) and Limited Companies. Our broad range of clients run a wide variety of businesses from mobile hairdressers, plumbers, electricians, shops, cafes and hotels through to construction firms.

Payroll and CIS

Let us take the headache out of running your payroll. We will ensure that you meet your Real Time Information obligations and can look after the admininstration of your Workplace Pension scheme.
We will tailor our service to meet your requirements.

VAT

We have the resources to prepare your VAT returns and provide answers to your VAT related queries.

Corporation Tax

We will prepare your accounts for submission to Companies House and the Company Tax Return for HMRC.
We can also assist with the annual Confirmation Statement and other statutory filing
